The 2nd day of training programme  for the officers of  Kerala Toddy Workers Welfare Fund Board was held on the 09th of October 2018 at Centre for Training in Financial Management. The forenoon and afternoon sessions were led by Sri.Salim A., Administrative Assistant (Rtd), Department of Technical Education  on "Kerala Service Rules Part I & II".
