The 4th day of training programme  for the officers of  Kerala Toddy Workers Welfare Fund Board was held on the 27th of September 2018 at Centre for Training in Financial Management. The forenoon & afternoon sessions were led by Sri.R.S.Rajan Nair, Addl.Secretary (Rtd), Finance Department on  "Kerala Financial Code" and  "Kerala Budget Manual", respectively.
